Ketone Test Strips (100 urine strips)
£4.00
Extremely cheap and easy way to detect ketones. Ketone urine test strips don’t measure quite the same thing as a continuous ketone monitor. A CKM looks at β-hydroxybutyrate in your body’s fluid; these strips pick up acetoacetate your kidneys are dumping into your urine. Which happens a lot in ketosis. That makes them a rough guide rather than a precision tool – especially useful in the early stages of ketosis. They’re cheap, quick, and handy as a backup: for example on days between sensors, or as a simple double-check that your body is producing ketones at all. Worth adding to your order just in case you need them (inexpensive and they last ages).
